Owen turns FIVE! – personal post

My sweet Owen turned 5 years old on Sunday. I can’t believe it!! He is growing so much, he’s wearing size SMALL in the boys dept, BOYS!! Why? I miss when he was so little and would grab my hand with his little tiny baby reflexes. I miss all the times he snuggled into my neck and cry when he was over tired, I miss when all I had to do was say “boo!” and he would give me the biggest grin ever!! I miss his frizzy flyaway hair, too! My sweet Owen is so adventurous, he’s just amazing. He wants to know everything about everything, he wants to know how things work and why they work that way. He loves Jesus and says he can’t wait for heaven. He loves to learn and write and read, and he says he wants to be a teacher when he grows up <3 When i asked him what he wanted to teach, he says ” I want to teach people about Jesus, I want to teach people taekwando, and I want to teach people how to skateboard!” (He doesnt even know how to skateboard LOL) We celebrated our sweet boy the same way we do every year, with balloons in his room and a big pancake breakfast, complete with candles and a few gifts! We also started homeschooling for Kindergarten! More on that later 😉
